Tuesday 19th Feruary Pears Glycerine Soap Proraso Sensitive Preshave Cream Nanny's Dragons Blood Soap Kent Infinity Synthetic Brush Razorine in Brass with a Rapira Super Stainless Blade Alum and Rinse Palmer's Fragrance Free Moisturiser Pashana AS With the release of a new Kent Infinity+ Synthetic Brush I decided to take the original for a spin and it was better than I remembered. I then had a shave of mixed fortunes.A momentary loss of concentration resulted in a nasty cut. I stopped with 2 passes and a DFS+ finish as it is just not right shaving with pink lather. For the first time in a very long time a styptic pencil came into play. I will put this one down to experience and try again later in the week.
Tabac Tuesday's Shave Cold Water Wash Tabac Shaving Soap Jayaruh #339 Boar Damaskeene OC Gem Glue Star SE CWR Tabac AS My prep was just a cold water rinse. The Tabac Shaving Soap face lathered well with the Jayaruh #339 Boar brush. I did two passes with the Damaskeene OC razor with a Gem Glue Star SE blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Tabac AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Beautiful! Thank you, sir! Thank you! Yeah, I'm liking this brush. The soap/splash is also lovely. If you like B&M's Beaudelaire, you'll like this one. Not a dupe at all, but a less sweet, but still decadent fougère. It's like vintage Brut, but more elegant.

Easy, thick, slick, lather. Vintage Schick Plus Platinum still in the Gillette Fat Boy. Excellent smooth, close, shave. I finished with Bentley Intense EdT. Bob
