    Thank you.
I had this one for about a year. A few members on this forum were posting some lovely Flics... so had to join the fun. :)
Yours is a very nice example and @Spyder also had a beauty. Very nice shaving razor indeed.

Shell 92 Silver Steel, a very good-shaving razor. Soap was MdC rose lathered with a 3-band lotus-style handle, and some rosy D. R. Harris Pink topped off the shave.

    Cheers, Steve

Great shave from a Double Concave bladed razor. Somewhat silent and very smooth, 2 pass shave, that left me BBS. Zero issues. Smallish razor, with a big punch. This is a very uniquely made blade. If anyone runs across one of these, don't hesitate to snatch it up.

Razor- Simmons Hardware Co.. "No.8 Special". St Louis MO. Absolute Guarantee. Pat Feb 18, 1902.
    Brush- JR#262
    Soap- TOBS Sandalwood
    Aftershave- Shulton Old Spice.
Shower soap- Vintage Shulton Old Spice. "Soap on a Rope"

7/8 Tiger 37 with Thumb Notch

It was time to let the Tiger out of the cage.
This morning shave was flawless. The razor just removed the whiskers with no effort. You could not even feel a slight resistance from the whiskers. This blade is one of my favorite Solingen blades.

St Joanis frameback, about 6/8 and a wonderful shaver. Cream was ABC lathered with a 3-band tulip style brush, and a dab of ABC almond balm finished things up.

I used a nice Sheffield ground razor today. A smooth 2 pass shave, that left me with a DFS. I got three little weepers from this one, because I was rushed. I didn't know it happened, until I saw blood. This is one wickedly sharp blade.

Razor- Chicago Pocket Knife Co. Made in Sheffield England
Brush- RazoRock 400. Whipped Dog High Mountain Badger
Soap- TOBS Cedarwood. I like this scent a lot.
    Aftershave- Arctic Blue, by Krogers.

Not long ago I stated how Brut was holding the #1 slot on the Max Headroom list of Most Glorious Stanks. And, how hard it would be to subplant it, the only shortcoming being the time it lasts.

Well the Wholly Kaw delivery made it through the snow. I had read that this flavor was good and in the same family. Available in SS, A/S, deodorant, EdT.

So, the Barbers Bride and I took the test drive. Gotta say, Pretty Nice! It'll be a couple more rounds before I'll be ready to go into High Over Inventory Mode.

    Extremely likely though.

I was Laughing there about My Own Learning Curve Honing Sheffield's..If Ya Zip them Right Up to the Max on a Surgical Black Arkie they Can Cut the Face to Ribbons..:happy097:They Cant handle a High Grit 20 K Finish..If I Use an Arkie I Take Em Off at the 16 K Mark..Or Any Other Hone for that Matter..They are Optimal Around 16 K in My Experience...

Oh, they handle the 20k grit too well. My face just doesnt handle it so well. When I say "Wicked Sharp", I'm not exaggerating. After the shave and stropping, i took a Baby Fine strand of straight blonde hair, from my daughters brush. This razor cut the hair, both root in and root out, with the lightest touch. HHT-CN.

Hisyakaku 13/16+ ‘Super Extra’ (hard steel), cream was D. R. Harris Marlborough lathered with a a Keyhole 4. A splash of Harris Pink finished things up.

This razor is kind of a Japanese version of an English FBU, it’s a fairly heavy grind but unlike the FBUs, it’s ground so thinly at the edge that the bevels are almost invisible, and it’s also very well ground and finished even by Japanese standards. It has jimps top and bottom and really good scales both of which are slightly uncommon with Japanese razors.

    Cheers, Steve
