Charlie, exercise is a great thing for our bodies. I started going to the gym almost 3 yrs ago and have been going 5/6 days per week. I trimmed down to my target weight of 170 and feel like I am in my 40's. Keep sticking to your regimen.
February 25, 2019 Karve D Plate Feather Alpha T-400 AOS Sandalwood Cream Fine Santal Absolut Another sunny day today. Wow. Hard to believe we get two sunny days in a row. The T-400 whipped up the last of the AOS Sandalwood cream into a rich slick lather. My problem is soaps seem to get added at a faster pace than I am finishing them up. Three passes and touch ups ended in a near perfect shave. I hope everyone has a great Monday.

Solid shave this morning with the Jeeves O Hudson Street Bay Rum soap. I applied a little more of the Stephan BR A.S. than I have in the past, but I was thinking....of course there are those aftershaves where "a little dab'll do ya"(probably in reference to colognes more than aftershaves), but I felt that since the Stephan is a "beneficial facial astringent that helps protect the skin from the drying effects of the elements"(words on the bottle)a little overboard can't be TOO bad. We're talkin "skin food". (My quotes this time).

So, I spent a little extra time at the house before I head to Houston. It was a nice shave with a soap I don't use very often. It was cold, but nice. I got a two pass BBS this morning.
