February 25th Canadian prewar Tech w AstraSP (2) Omega Pro/Poculi handle Fine L'Orange Noir SS Thayers Stirling Arkadia AS Had an awesome 3 pass shave early this morning. I got a few shaves that weren't up to the usual prewar Tech standards last week, but I was back on my game with it (how I wasn't last week, who the heck knows, this razor is as instinctive as it gets) today. Whipped up a lather from one of my favourite scents, used the newish boar that is breaking in nicely, had 3 great passes and I am quite smooth. I'll move on to a favourite SE for a few shaves (this is science!). Obviously not shave related, but the view from the ski hill was pretty nice yesterday: Have a great day, all!
February 25th Razor: Timeless .95 SC Blade: Gillette 7:0Clock Super Stainless (1) Brush: SOC Taj Mistura Pre-shave: Stirling Mentholated Soap: Timeless Razor Signature Scent Stirling Bay Rum witch hazel PAA Star Jelly unscented AS: DCCS Winter Reserve Good morning! Great shave with a less than optimal lather again today. At least I figured out what I've done wrong the last couple of shaves. I'm not loading enough soap. I won't make that mistake tomorrow. Three passes and I'm perfectly smooth. A little warmth from the alum on my neck but not hot like yesterday. Have a great week! Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
Yes it is and thanks! We need to meet sometimes for lunch around the Hoover/Pelham area one weekend when we have time.
Lovely shave Patrick! Stay warm! Matthew sure is looking dapper these days, Neal! Sounds like a couple of pretty darn good shaves, Nirav! I agree with you Perry, the PAL IM is much like the E2 in terms of aggression. Awesome photo! Beautiful shot, Clint! I think we all suffer with that very same affliction. Fantastic photo Danny! Awesome photo Jim! And Happy Birthday to your daughter! Wow Jason, a pair of stunning photos!
