Thank you Joe. I took advantage of the great weather on Saturday and took the photos for the week in advance. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Hmmm. Light isn't an automatic disqualifier but I do prefer a heavier razor. I haven't tried any modern SE razors and like that one aesthetically. Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk
We rarely get tornados where I am. But we had warnings start popping up while at church and had to get all the kids and shelter in a hallway for a half hour or so. One touched down a couple miles from us and did some damage. We were very fortunate compared to others. Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk
Thank you Jason. This is the Delta Echo SC. I decided to enjoy the razor before cleaning it up for sale. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
With this razor, Chris, I feel that lighter isn’t the issue it would be with others. As Perry has suggested, another handle could be swapped out if it became a dealbreaker. With how sharp the Artist Club Feather Pros are, it isn’t an issue for me. Like you, I have very few modern razors, and this is my only modern SE of any kind.
It's not my cup of tea. I have plenty of injectors and SE razors that work quite well. No need to add anything new to the mix. I don't have RAD and never really did. I've been able to slowly add some injectors I wanted, like the G5 with the turquoise handle, but have never wanted the newest and shiniest razor. The Razorine works well and could deliver comfortable and consistent shaves, but it doesn't strike my fancy.
March came in like a lion in my den, unfortunately, and after my first shave of the month on Saturday, I looked like I'd been mauled by one. First shave with an L3 Slim. Major damage to my neck. So much so that this morning I relapsed into the cart world just to give me a few more days to heal before heading back to the battlefront. DFS from my Harry's cart though. Captain's Choice Venture cream, VIBR for the AS. Carl
What do you think happened, Carl? Too much pressure. For what it's worth, the worst shave I've had since switched to wet shaving was with a Slim. Terrible irritation and razor burn.
Perry, I tend to agree with you. When I first saw it, I was scratching my head thinking what in blazes is that thing! To me, it is a DE razor with a novel design and apparently shaves like a Kamisori or traditional straight. I am glad you don't have RAD. In my case, I have acute symptoms of it. My prescription is to stop looking at Ebay! The only razor that I would want to round out my straight collection is a Filarmonica or a Thiers-Issard or some super deal that I can't pass up. I am not into Wade and Butcher razors because they aren't to my liking. By the way, I was kidding about prompting you about the Razorine. Have a great day!
