the razorock standard bruce plissoft synthetic. to date my most used,quick morning shave brush. it will lather anything well.run under the warm tap, shake, makes awesome lathers from average creams like nivea, pacific, proraso etc..nice and soft, with decent backbone..and cheap..quick to clean and no shedding..
Semogue 2013 SE Olive Wood handle. This knot is wonderful. My research indicates 440 were made. The original price was ~$140.00. I was able to get this one for $50.00. If you should find one you will not be disappointed.
Homemade brush with Maggard's 22mm SHD knot. This is the 3rd knot (SHD), I'm keeping this one. Gel-tipped and very soft. I'm not wild about this handle but the knot is great. I might pop out the knot and put it in a different handle but this will do for now.
Maggard's super high density, I decided on a taller handle and a slightly smaller dia. hole. I'd like to say this is my last brush for the year but still have 3 more I'm working on, 2 synthetics and one mixed boar/badger. This is an excellent knot. I've had 3 in my hands and I'll be keeping this one.
