    Thanks Rodger.
Well the atomizer was the best six dollars I spent regarding hardware. I give each side of my face one squeeze and enough to cover my face and neck. I believe I use less than half of what I use to splash one so my aftershaves will last a heck of a lot longer with use of an atomizer. I believe Joseph @Primotenore uses atomizers and likes them as well.

    Razor - RazoRock Wunderbar Slant
    Blade - [IMG] (3)
Soap - Oleo Soapworks El Caballero
    Brush - Vie-Long 12601 - The Pony
    Post - Alum

Third shave with the Wunderbar and Wilkie. I'm pretty sure I could get at least six shaves out of this blade but, since I like to keep things at their best, I'll give it tonight for the third time and then move on. It's been a good two days with this combination and it's made buying the Wunderbar a good decision. With the El Caballero and the horse brush I got a fine lather that was nice and slick. I think the good lathers I've had over the last three shaves is one reason the Wunderbar has seemed so effortless. Three passes tonight just because I didn't want to stop. Baby in the house - no cuts - and the alum all three nights has been quiet to maybe a murmur tonight. I did give it some extra work tonight, trying a few tricks to see if I could cut down on passes with a combination of a slant and some good old fashioned technique. I'll keep trying whenever I use this razor and who knows - I might even start up a whole new theory/school of shaving. Crazier things have happened!

Tomorrow I'm grabbing a shavette and giving the Zorrik a go. Let's see if the equalizing nature of a shavette will make that blade perform like every other one. Should be fun. Have a great Thursday!

    prep: pre shave soap mix
    razor: Gillette Tech
    blade: Croma Diamat
brush: Maggard Blue & White Synthetic
soap: Lather Bros- Take Out Night
post: Lather Bros- Take Out Night Balm

lather Bros is a artisan out of Miami that have brightly colored labels which give them a cool vibe. Both the soap and balm are loaded with skin food ingredients and are top notch quality products.

soap ingredients:Stearic acid, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Sodium Tallowate Adeps Bovis, Coconut Water, Aloe Vera Juice, Coconut Milk, Agua (water), Ricinus Communis Seed Oil, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond) Oil, Glycerin, Elaeis Guineensis (Palm) Kernel Oil, Garcinia Indica (Kokum) Seed Butter, Sodium Lactate, Essential, Fragrance Oils, & Bentonite Clay.

scent of Take Out Night is described as Lemongrass, Sweet Chili, and Ginger. The notes blend well together to create something out of the ordinary. Im not usually a big fan of Lemongrass but this scent is different and is the best of the Lather Bros scents i have encountered.

performance is very good. No problems whipping up a thick stable lather, can handle water well and really shines once fully hydrated. Managed a DFS and although it was not a BBS shave, it was super refreshing and invigorating to say the least. Finished off with matching balm and think their balms may even outshine the soap if you can believe that. The consistancy is very thick and concentrated but absorb quickly and without any greasy feeling that some balms are gulity of causing.

balm ingredients: Water, Aloe Vera Juice, Witch Hazel, Stearic Acid, Emulsifying Wax, Sweet Almond Oil, Avocado Oil, Shea Butter, Menthol, Vitamin E, Phenoxyethanol, Essential Oil and Fragrance

Here is what was left in the brush after the shave. I usually rub remaining lather into skin while cleaning up and have found it to greatly add to the overall shaving experience 10 fold.

Hope y'all had the best shave possible!

My prep was just a cold water rinse. The Tabac Shaving Soap face lathered well with The Brush B-3 by Tom brush. I did two passes with the Starling SE razor with a Gem Blue Star SE blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Tabac AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...
