Alibaba isnt really Available here due to the South African post office being absolutely pathetic. We have a local supplier called RVT that supplies olmega brushes at a good price, as well as bundubeard who make their own brushes, so ill give those a try Sent from my Redmi S2 using Tapatalk
Thanks Jim I was afraid I might like it, so seeing that @Frijolero (Robert) had 2 up for sale, I got both. I am glad I did. I got the two Fatboys he had FS, I know those are a winner. I have 3 now. If one is out on loan, I don't have to deny my "inner shaver" if the mood comes over me to use one. Can't have any of that! tp
Mr. Fancy Pants us scooping out good advise like ice cream this morning. Like he said get a good brush and you will enjoy the shave much more.
Yep, student budgets are a thing though! I'll probably just buy a cheap 10 dollar bundubeard boar hair brush, it has to be better than the 3 dollar supermarket one im using now. Sent from my Redmi S2 using Tapatalk
March Focus AoS Sandalwood~~Morris & Forndran Polo 2~~Friodur 6/8 SR #43 (I think ) Put these twins right back on the saddle this morning. Could NOT allow them to become "gun-shy". Slapped on a rubber glove for the shower & shave. It doesn't keep the bandage dry, but it does keep the hot stream of water from RIPPING off the skin. Once again, I opted for the AoS sandalwood. I was disappointed yesterday, when SWMBO gave it a THUMBS DOWN. She said, and I quote, "It probably would be easier to tell you what products I DO like." Well, I like it and I am using it. Bowl lathered the cream with the M&F and whipped it into a lovely product. The Friodur is a magnificent razor. Nice, tight pins; not a single blemish on the wicked-sharp blade, nor anywhere for that matter; a buttery shave too. Love it. The AoS makes for a slick lather and the post shave is well above average. Of course, the gel and the balm are of high quality and aside for smelling great, do a terrific job of moisturizing and soothing the skin. No incidents to report today, either on the face or any other parts of my body.
Not to sound pushy, but check out the Yaqi. They are cheap: synthetic and boar are less than $10, badger less than $20. Unlike retail, you’ll get what you pay for.
Way to many hours worked over the last month. I have missed too much to catch up on, but work is calming down now, so I'll be in as much as I can. Until then, I leave you with this, Williams and a Shovelhead! Should you wish to watch, here is the video
