  11. THE FINALS: STIRLING VS CAPTAIN'S CHOICE

Shave 1: Stirling - Baker Street

    The Setup:
    Razor: Merkur 34C
    Blade: Feather Stainless
    Brush: Perfecto Pure Badger
    Mug: Henry Cavendish
Post Shave: Witch Hazel and Cetaphil

Stirling provided another great shave today. It lathered easily and was slick. The post shave feel with Stirling is fantastic. My skin feels healthy after using this soap. I'm still not adding enough water, but getting closer. Good thing it is naturally slick.

WTG and XTG and a touchup pass for a DFS.

    Shave 2: Captain's Choice - Venture.

I hope everyone had a great day!

  19. Fantastic day today! We have a signed contract on our existing home! :bounce017::bounce017::bounce017:

Today started off with another extremely close 3-pass shave with the Weber. I've performed several three-passers on successive days, and I was reminded today that my skin can't handle it. It probably didn't help today that my Lord Super Stainless blade was on its third shave. I had just a hint of irritation, and the aftershave burned more than usual. For about 3o minutes, I could have been mistaken for the flare at @Norcalnewb's refinery. I may skip tomorrow's shave and go back to my two-pass routine on Friday.

My Bride is 98% finished with her PT as of today. She goes back for one more visit. Depending on how she feels, she might not even need a treatment. Thanks for all the prayers and well wishes. We also shuttled our Aunt to the doc today, and she is improving as well.

Tomorrow is a relatively short day compared to the last few. We need to make a decision on floor stain, and then I have some stuff to do at home. I may even start my taxes. ;)

I hope you all had a great day!
