I can see why, I have been looking for that case everywhere. My time will come, oh yes it will. #RazorEnvy
Yeah, I got real lucky and I made up a repro instruction sheet for it. Now the hunt for correct blade dispensers for it and my regular Flair Tip.
My Noble Otter Barrbarr set arrived today along with a sample of Monarch. I really like both scents, I'll try the Barrbarr tonight and I took enough from the Monarch for a shave and gave the rest to a coworker who I recently converted.
My 1966 Caravelle arrived in better condition than I'd expected. It can't have been worn much at all, it's in near pristine shape and is running like a top. Will still look into having it serviced somewhere.
I got these two MMCPs in the mail today from different sources. They cleaned up very nicely. I have been on a CP benge recently. This makes three.
Ah yes, nice razors. You know my father said if I got involved on here it would increase my RAD. I see he was correct. :-P Thankfully I have all of his razors to dampen the urge somewhat.
The ancient but supercomfortable leather band I've been saving for something special took a little work to get it looking just right...worn and crackly but a little glossy. This model was also issued in a military version (Nam era) with lumed numbers, now burnt, and wider lumed hands. It's a handsome looking piece as well.
