My father used the German made Wilkies before he switched to disposable single blade Bics. If these are the same "reformulated", and they do look like, made in India. I've got a few, too. Forget how they perform.

Indeed. The geometry of the New Deluxe is very much like the Long Comb where the SC is a completely different animal. The more rigid design of the SC works better for a lot of us, especially ATG in tough areas.
