  1. Great shave, Danny! I am not surprised because the Rockwell razor is the bomb. In fact, if I want a trouble free and close headshave, then my 6C comes off the bench. In fact, I have to do it soon, before I go out this evening.
  2. I used that and some more. I thought I was going to have the call the amulance........I was leaking.
  3. Sometimes, we don't get the result that we want.
  4. Great shave and start to the day, Ben!

About to shave for the first time with a 1909 Ever Ready. Veddy stoked. These are veddy rare to find. Vintage Williams Shave Stick is up too. Back in a bit!
  9. Thank you all, good sirs!
  10. See above, re: "normal crazy"

  13. I must have missed that meeting. This may cramp several 30DC Members style. Lower the overall monthly post count, too. Charlie, I'll put you up for an exemption next conclave. We might have some CT business to putsch, too.
Is that one of those Spanish language soap operas?
(Caution; NSFW subtitles. No idea what they are really saying.)

Happens to everyone ...once. There's even directions on older model non-adjustable Gillettes to do it on purpose for a more aggressive shave.
Good news is when you switch to straights it happens less often. Shavette gives no warning, but you can feel a SR when it's thinking about biting.
What? No National Geographic photos to illustrate?
They were delicious! Grand daughter Jenisis and I made banana muffin bread with pecans we cracked on the front porch this morning. I showed her how to lightly crunch the nuts with a brick, and pick out the goodies.
  14. Thank you Jim, Clint, and Danny!

  18. Thanks! I picked it up for a great price (bakelite case)... It only has some light scratching on the top cap. Really smooth shaver!
