I am a fan of Timor Straight Razor, its work perfect for me but its time to experienced other stuff I going to try A.P. Donovan Straight Razor what you guys think?
Big boy incoming from Spain, Filly 14 that appears to be over 1mm wider than any of the others I have, a Filly 16! Should be interesting. A P Donovan appears to be a razor similar to a Titan that was sold by an Eastern European outfit a while back but seems to have fallen off the radar. They appear to be a dressed up Chinese razor with very large heavy scales. If that’s what it is, you’re paying a lot for the glitz, said by someone who just paid a lot for glitz!
My Advice for what its Worth...They are Overpriced Titan Re-branded Razors...Better Stayin Away from Em... Billy..
Dorko 7/8 I have been trying for a long time to find a big Dorko, this one is NOS with the packaging too. I need to get this one on the stones and give it first drive.
Very nice Dorko. The factory edge on mine was great. You may just want to strop and she how she shaves .
Satin Wedge any different than Satinedge? This does not mention Solingen US Pat Off tho Would this be prior to or after the no.1 versions? New edition to dubl duck blades.
"Garantie" Solingen A restore project for today. It came in the mail, yesterday. It was too nasty to just show show it, in its received state. Very heavy and deep rust. Before After
"Conestoga" 6/8th inch P.Eisemann, Lancaster PA. Made in Germany In its "RAW" state. Needs plenty of care. But, for $6.95, I will give it a shot. The edge looks free of rust, so there is hope. The scales are nasty, and very loose. Once again, another I have not seen before. Any history on it would be helpful.
Tupper-Spiegel Co Duluth Minn 11/16th Little wear. This was prettied up a little, the blade and scales, before the pic was taken. It kind of looked rough, that is probable why I got it for $5. A little rust, and a lot of crud. Just the way I like them. Unknown who the maker was. Whether it was made from a razor manufacturer, of directly made by Tupper-Spiegel.
