A very good shave but I’m not so impressed with this Gillette Pure cream. It lathers very easily and well but it doesn’t smell that great - in fact it’s not a scent that’s meant for wetshaving. It has a slight cooling effect and its postshave care is actually pretty good. The Prep did a super job of covering up the cream’s scent and it felt so good. Smooth as smooth could be!

My prep was just a cold water rinse. The Tabac Shave Soap face lathered well with Jayaruh #331 Boar brush. I did two passes with the Enders Speed Shaver razor with an Enders Speed Blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Tabac AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Route 66 Bourbon Jungle today. 20 seconds to load the Elite Razor Manchurian White brush. Easy, thick, slick, lather. I loaded a new Gillette 7-OClock Blue SP in the Gillette NEW SC. Excellent smooth, close, shave. I finished with Stirling Executive Man aftershave.
