Gee, that's nice of your friend! It's too bad you can't use it on your wheels and show it off in your town.

April 16th Travel Shave Schick Trac 11 Palmolive Shave Stick Omega Boar/Walnut handle Thayers Stirling Bergamot Lavender AS Hotel shave this morning with this neat cart handle and blades that came from @John Ruschmeyer in one of the raffles. I got the usual excellent Palmolive lather and had 2 pleasant enough passes. Needed some extra buffing on my chin to get it acceptable. It had been quite some time since I used a cart, but a passable start to a day of meetings. Have a great day, all!
Thanks Joe. The Alabama porcelain plates were only made in 1912, 13, 14 & 15. In 1916 Alabama went to the embossed stamped plates. Before 1912 several cities in Alabama issued their own plates. In 1911 the state took control of the plates through law starting in 1912. Interested story on a rare Alaskian plate below. I think only four are know to exist and we think razors can be expensive. ********** In a 2008 story by Forbes Magazine, it was noted that a 1921 Alaska license plate was estimated to be worth over $60,000. It had been bought only a couple of years earlier for the amazing sum of $40,000, in a transaction that, unbelievably enough, happened in a parking lot.
Rick, I liked the second-hand Rose better. By the way, the late Mary Millar was also a gifted singer. Check her out on YouTube.
