April 21 Mongoose (batch 2) in satin SS w/Dr. Bomber handle Feather Artist Club Super Professional (1) Kent BK4 silvertip badger C.O. Bigelow Alum, Thayers WH, USB, and Pinaud Clubman Two passes with the Mongoose for a near BBS shave made for a nice way to start a beautiful Easter morning. The added exposure and stiffness of the AC Super Pro blade combined with the weight of the razor contributed to an almost automatic shave. I used my trusty Kent KB4 to effortlessly whip up a mountain of C.O. Bigelow lather. It was one of the first "nice" brushes that I purchased, and it's a keeper. The blade is still going after like 8-10 shaves. I’m not good with bowl lathering still but the cream was thick and smelled oooh sooo good. Happy Easter everyone!
