    Thanks Bill. One of the kids turned 18 on the same day. The whole town is very shaken up over this tragedy. Having a hard time getting my head around all this .

    Day off of shavette training.

    Got so spoiled by the ease that a shavette severs hair that I was compelled to give this a hone & pasted strop touch up. Glad I did. Great shoulderless 5/8, bellied hollow grind.

    I got a sample of the Stirling Black Cherry and liked it enough to get a tub of the Glacial last year. Nice menthol hit, but it won't be a repurchase. A little too close a cherry cough drop.

    Deep Blue Sea took over nicely.

    Great shave.

    Beautiful menthol Monday shave today, used the arko shave stick again and as usual it performed flawlessly. BBS shave after 2 passes with a few touch ups, feather performed flawlessly, but its definitely losing sharpness.

    Razor: Fatip piccolo
    Blade: feather hi-stainless (22)
    Soap: Arko shave stick
    Brush: dischem synthetic.
    Aftershave: Dave's menthol

    Well good morning everyone, and a fine morning it is.
    Today I thought I would try out a razor that I can't remember using.

    This razor is a no-name type and I haven't figured out what brand it is let alone what modle. All I know is that it is open comb 3 peice that gives a teriffic shave. With a Feather blade the no-name stands up to any OC razor I have. The handle is heavy and solid with great grip. Built amazingly well, not any issues with the threading, wish some of the other razors that I have and like were built so stout.
    A great 3 pass shave with no issues.
    Yes! My talent for shaving has gotten quite good as time goes by. Not to jinx myself, I kept quiet about the 3 pass shaves last week. Wanting the smoothest shave possible, I decided to go for it.
    Not wanting to brag, but my mug is almost perfectly smooth, yes! The only part that I haven't got there is my jaw line. Even while using a different razor almost every time, I'm getting really close, smooth, issue free shaves. The nicest thing is they last so long into the day, never had that when using carts.
    Practice, practice, practice!

    Good morning!

    Wonderful shave to start the day! Three passes, no touch up. Near BBS with nearly silent alum.

    The family was still at the house when I got home from work yesterday. The little dogs did their Easter egg hunt after I got home. What a hoot to watch them frantically searching out eggs! Plastic eggs each with a treat inside. They can open them up faster than we can. The wife did a fine job on the prime rib. After a wonderful meal and family time I got a good nights sleep and ready to start another week.
