My Karve D open comb plate shipped last Thursday. I tracked the package and it has not moved in four days. Expected delivery is May the 2nd. I requested an update on the shipping method and was sent this picture of the package in route.
April 22 Good morning gents! Well, after 2 consecutive adjustable shaves, I decided to go back to straight shaving. I decided to use my Ralf Aust. Bloomed the Stirling Bay Rum and face-lathered with my Omega 49. I just love this Bay Rum scent. Three passes, 2 nicks, no irritation and an IBSS+. Finished with the Stirling Bay Rum AS. Overall, it was a very nice shave! Have a great day, everybody! Grade 93 = A-
Thanks, Danny. It seems whenever I go from an adjustable to a straight that I nick myself. Lol! On the second straight razor shave, then I am ok! Lol! Seriously, when I get too comfortable and cocky, that is when my mishaps appear. I have to remember that even when I am on automatic, that I still need to concentrate. I share this as a reminder to me and everyone else because we have all fallen into this trap. It is all good anytime you don't have to go to the ER.
Behind again, as usual... For Friday, I went with the Schick B1 loaded with a Proline B blade. For Sunday Night, I went with the Gillette Sheraton loaded with a 7 o'Clock Permasharp which I had already used for a couple of shaves. This combo worked really well and brought home the baby with no issues whatsoever. Two great shaves!
It takes a long time to leave Canada. Once it clears US customs the package moves pretty quickly. You can put the tracking number is USPS tracking and get text updates even while the package is in Canada. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
