Excellent picture and funny wrote up, Joseph! I haven't smelled Pierre Cardin since I was a kid when my dad somehow ended up with a bottle.

    Stirling Mentholated Pre-Shave Soap
    EDRIO#52 Schick Krona silver tip
    Astra SP (4)
    30DCLE (26mm, Frigate Class)
    Arko
    Stirling Glacial Lemon Chill PSB

EDRIO theme for the week is Schick DE's. I also figured that with the end of the month approaching I had better get in an Arko April shave. Arko is not very heat tolerant so I face lather it and then just put the brush in my scuttle to keep it warm. I start with a nice heavy load that goes on thick and pasty. Then I add water and work the lather until I get the volume I'm looking for. Once I have the volume built I dip the tips of the brush in water and paint it in until the lather transforms into a shiny, creamy consistency. When worked this way Arko gets super slick! The Krona with Astra on its fourth use had no problem tackling my weekend growth and delivered a near BBS shave after three passes. Have a great day my friends!

Nice combo Patrick, you did a fantastic job on those handles.
I whole hartedly agree, but I gotta add, you can't own to much of any shaving products.
It's just a sad, bad, rad kinda thing!

That was my response to Primotenore's shave. I replied under your reply to Joseph's shave. I was too lazy to cut your reply out.

Thank you, Andrew! The cabin is really great. Rustic exterior but fairly modern on the inside. Full kitchen, living room, dining area, two bedrooms upstairs, terrific front and back porches. We enjoy going there! The big drawback is that it's pretty rural and doesn't have good internet or cell signal. Can be frustrating trying to do anything on computers or phones.

I hit the wrong key every once in a while too. I have just been lucky enough to catch most of them before I hit send.
