Terrific photo, Doug! I said the same thing in the SOTD thread, so sorry for the duplication. Love the waterfall in the background.
April 23rd Proraso PreShave Blackland Dart Treet Platinum (2) Semogue OC Cherrywood Boar Castle Forbes Lime SC Gentleman Jon Alum Proraso AS New SC! Loving the Castle Forbes...scent is very nice. It lathers incredibly easy with the Semogue boar...feels like Barbasol cushion within 10-15 seconds of starting to load the brush. Will be looking at more of their offerings soon. The Dart once again gave a 2 pass DFS today. Just a little extra buffing the neck. Blade exposure still requires landing placement thought and control....it's gotta be soft and slightly moving or there's trouble. Nothing the GJ alum couldn't handle though. That Zenith Olive Wood boar....I just may have to be a copy cat, Clint. Love many of the Olive wood handles...and Zenith uses the same boar knot (it appears) as Semogue. I was eyeing that one when I bought the Zenith copper handle boar. Posting and lurking the 30DC thread is quite a fun part of my day now....especially enjoy the scenery! Have a great rest of the day gentlemen!
Wow, that's really bad and honestly unacceptable especially for the price they are charging. I'm going to take a closer look at my tub tonight but I don't remember it looking anything like that
Great shave and photo Blair. I like the Olive Wood Zenith boar brush. Zenith boars really are nearly ready to use out of the box without an extensive break in period.
