Very nice shave tonight, from a German made razor, with bone scales. I had a smooth 2 pass shave, that left me BBS. Zero issues. It is just a well made razor.

Razor- Crown & Double Sword. Germany.

Last look at the Super Adjustable, or Black Beauty for the month. My "newest" Gillette adjustable and I like it more every time I use it. I love the long handle. Gives a great grip and ease of use while holding angles etc. I'm not sure if this razor has a bigger gap at 9 than the Slim and Fatboy but it feels like it. Seems a little more of the blade is out there and it gives a great shave even though it has that kind of "watch out" feel to it. The Canuck with the SynBad knot did a fantastic job. If you don't have a SynBad knot make sure you come to the meet-up....oh wait....I'm not supposed to say that yet. Anyway..........

The baby is here, I'm a happy camper and we're 5 days away from MAYhem!

love it, sauvage by dior scent, very slick, easy to lather, and the face feels great after the shave.only a small amount needed so should last..huge difference compared to old school soaps for face feel.,i don't use my proraso preshave with my soaps lately, wanting to see how these soaps work with just a plain old water rinse.i used williams with a boar brush for 10 years before all this fanciness..loving it..but most stuff is great in comparison to my old set up..

Today was shave number 25 for the feather, and still performing perfectly! The Col Conk performed fantastically, super slick stuff, and a great choice as an every day soap.
The Lion is perfectly capable of delivering a perfect shave, even though its the cheapest double edge razor widely available in South Africa.

I'll use it one more time on Sunday before switching to the aristocrat to use that for a while.
