The Amalfi Basil Lemon Shave Soap face lathered well with Jayaruh #343 Synthetic brush. I did two passes with the Ever-Ready 1909 razor with a Vintage Gem Cutlery SE blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. Friday morning’s Grand Freeze: Stirling Mentholated Pre-Shave Soap Razorock Plissoft 26mm Monster Wilkinson Long Handle/Minora day 2 Stirling Glacial Lemon Chill SS Stirling Glacial Lemon Chill ASB Alcolado Glacial Menthol Splash Eau Sauvage EdT Every time I use a soap like a Stirling Glacial or the Kameelperd I say the same thing - any colder and my face would have disintegrated. The Glacial Lemon Chill gave me such a monstrous freeze right from the get-go and its delicious lemony scent was present the whole time. The lather was so rich and slick, the skincare felt so good that I didn’t really need to use any balm but I’m a creature of habit so I used the matching balm which prolonged the freeze and gave me lots of extra moisturizing and soothing. The Alcolado Glacial makes a terrific aftershave, and is it ever frigid as well. Its scent is sort of lemony also and it didn’t disrupt the scent of the Eau Sauvage that I’m wearing now. The Minora blade helped me get an unbelievable BBS shave in two easy passes! Wishing you guys a great weekend!
