    Thanks guys. It's going really well. We have a couple of minor last-minute issues to resolve, but nothing to stress over.

    All the inside work should be finished next week. Some outside items remain once the ground dries up, and on May 18...

    Randy, the only way you would see which is better is to keep everything the same, alternate your razors and see which dulls quicker. My bet would be on the jnat edge.

    Incan landscapers would be in high demand 'round these parts! ;)

    It has been interesting watching the developer install the final grade on that side of our house. The street curves in front of our house, so our neighbor's home will face that side of our property.

    My lovely Bride is standing on our lot, and I'm taking a photo from partway down in the neighbor's lot. There was about a 20' vertical drop from our lot to the back of that lot, but the developer has since brought in some fill to raise it about 10 feet.
