I need a little wisdom from you guys. If this is the wrong place to ask, let me know. I am NOT looking to sell or make deals in this thread. I just need some input from some wise men. Over the last couple of years of my journey into wet shaving, I've enjoyed hoarding every decently priced razor I can find locally. I've reached a place where I have more than I have places to store them. I know what I like now, and I use a fraction of what I own. The rest sit in a cabinet, seen by no one. I plan on doing a couple of PIFs soon, but apart from that, what's the best way to offload a load of razors. Most are user grade, and I don't want to make endless trips to the post office, as selling and shipping individually would be cost prohibitive. What's the best way (as you see it) to offload a load of razors that need to be in the hands of someone who would use or appreciate them? Groups sale here on the boards? eBay (I have no seller account)? Flea markets here don't see a lot of razor sales. Again, just seeking input from people who sell regularly. donate some to a tsd safe as loaners for newbies or curious sorts to try.. or a random raffle where you get chunk of proceeds.. . a members razor bank..
I would think some sales of groups of razors in the BST here and on the other forums would be a good way.
April 27th Razor: Supply Co V2 •• Blade: Personna injector(1) Brush: WWB Lemondrop/ Envy Supreme White badger Pre-shave: Stirling Mentholated Soap: PAA Java Hive Lucky Tiger face tonic PAA Star Jelly unscented AS: PAA Java Hive Good morning! Wonderful shave to start the day! Three passes, no touch up. Near BBS. The Supply made its first appearance of the month. Since I have all three plates I'm saying that I'm on theme for the month with an adjustable razor. Then again maybe not. Continuing with my second use soap focus brings Java Hive into service. I like boldly scented soaps but off the puck the sweet honey scent is a bit much, even for me. Fortunately when lathered the coffee comes forward. The sweetness is toned down in the splash and is actually quite nice. Have a great weekend! Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
Very nice shave, Terry. I know it feels good to mow down two days of growth. I'm glad you're getting some rest and feeling better. Congrats on scoring the new razors!
Thank you, Danny! It is a pretty brush and useful for night shaving, it glows in the dark. Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
It has been fun following your razor rotation exploits, Andrew. It's good to see Logan focusing on the task at hand. I would NOT be allowed to perform such a risky task indoors.
