    Cold Water Rinse
    Eskimo Tuxedo
    Jayaruh #360 Synthetic
    Wade & Butcher 5/8
    CWR
    Florida Water

My prep was just a cold water rinse. The Eskimo Tuxedo Shave Soap face lathered well with Jayaruh #360 Synthetic brush. I did two passes with the Wade & Butcher 5/8 razor and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Florida Water. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Boker 6/8 French point in butterscotch scales, one of a pair. Cream was SMN lathered with a Keyhole 4, and Myrsol Agua Balsamica finished up. Great shave from at least 80-year old steel.

15/16 F. Herder 49 in the HD tribute scales. This is very 14esque in size, shape and grind. That really hit me when listening to it on the strop. Very enjoyable experience.

That razor came out spectacularly, Tom! Congrats!

    Wow! Stunner.

Pretty sure based on your gear that you are the real MISTER Fancypants, Keith. Don’t worry. I won’t tell anyone.

Lovely shave this morning with this vintage 'fullered blade' razor from Sheffield maker Joseph Smith & Sons (1856-1886).[IMG]

It’s been rainy and gloomy, so I went for a nice orange theme for the Sunday morning’s shave. Razor was 8/8 Filly 14, soap was the sadly discontinued Savonnerie des Volcans Lavande Orange, which almost all orange, followed by l’Occitane Provence Cedrat AS lotion which has a little orange in it, then at dry down a dab of l’OP Cedrat Oranger balm. This brightened up the morning!
