In other areas..... The razor races and Hone wars... May the 4th be with you.... Piacenza still saves the day, from the Max Headroom list of Most Glorious Stanks. Also worn by famous Jedi Knights I wanna place an order for some un-needed shave products and some needed bath soap and shampoo bars. Ramblin Man seems to be doing well. But......
I actually have a tub of it. It is on deck for tomorrow, but it is a bit different than I expected. I am curious if anyone else had already tried it.
I suppose you have a valid point. I just splurge on two to three soaps, or a couple hundred blades, or a brush, you get the point and feel guilty, lol, so I stop for a little while. Plus I'm sure some of you have more disposable income than I.
MAYhem 5 SOTD: Razor: Gillette Red Tip Blade: Feather Hi-Stainless Brush: Razorock 400 Lather: Stirling Varen Aftershave: Stirling Varen Additional Care: Stirling Unscented PSB So, I was a bit surprised when the tub arrived at how similar to Glastonbury the scent was out of the tub. Not at all what I was expecting. When I lathered it, though, it chat fed quite a bit. The oakmoss and floral scents really started to come through. The soap is a very dry fougere, the cologne and AS are a bit sweeter. On the dry down the florals come out even more. Stirling's description is "powerful", and I would say this is definitely true. It is a big scent. Nicely done, but I do prefer the Ramblin Man.
Thanks Rob, it's a great razor. A little more aggressive then an N but less aggressive then a G. Sent from my Galaxy using Tapatalk
I think Ramblin Man may be top 10 material. I like it much better then SDM and it is right up there with DBS, and Stirling For Him. Sent from my Galaxy using Tapatalk
I would put it ahead of Stirling For Him, personally. DBS, Haverford, and Ramblin' Man are all at the top of the Stirling list for me.
