MAYhem!!! 2019 May 5 Razor - Wunderbar Slant Blade - (1) Soap - Stirling Bay Rum Brush - Stirling Two Band Synthetic Post - Alum I'm happy to say I survived another Saturday on the mean streets and got to sleep in this morning (if you count it sleeping in when you get to bed after 3am) and enjoyed a good day with my wife. The only thing it needs to be perfect is a great shave. So, I grabbed the Wunderbar Slant because hey, a slant and MAYhem seel to work together, and I also grabbed a Voskhod to make sure it was a smooth, sharp blade. Stirling for the brush and the Bay Rum soap for a luxurious lather that smells just awesome, and off we go. Two passes and some minor touch up was all that was required to bring the baby home. Yeah, I know slants are gimmicky, but this one seems to work quite well. For my touch up I actually add a bit of "flash" to the process. I do a Gillette Slide on my neck in the opposite direction the blade slants. Kind of like slanting the slant to creat an "X" cut with only one stroke. Does it really work? All I can say is I am ssssssmmmmmmmmooooooooottttttttttthhhhhhhhhhh. And not just with the ladies. Monday awaits those of you in the 9-5 crowd. Make it a great one and have a great week!

Holy cow @Norcalnewb, blind folded? I’m impressed! What else did I miss. Agreed. When supergluing a razor to your finger, you have to be very aware of safety.
So it appears you did super glue the razor, Adam? It looks like Finger Razor 2.0 is a no improvement over 1.0.

Attempted to lather the proraso but it didnt work out to well, i guess its because the brush isnt broken in yet so i went to my Arko shave stick and it face lathered beautifully.
