No shave yesterday, just had a kinda lazy day, brought the vanity for my bathroom up, and installed it. Found that the drain was not included (I should have checked), and the escutcheon plate for the faucet is too small for the holes in the countertop (didn't think would be a problem), so thats all on hold. This weekend is gonna be busy, I am leaving here this evening and driving to Georgia then North Carolina for my sister's collage graduation on Sat. I am gonna do some antique shops when I am up there, also may get some William's soap.
Safe travels and happy hunting, Stephen! Congrats to your sister! Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
Up early today for an early breakfast so that I can have enough "stomach space" for the early lunch at the Senior Center here...it's the monthly "Birthday Lunch"...free for everyone born in May. Should be a pleasant time. Shaved well for the occasion-I must say this Dial 4 Men Bodywash(Recharge) sets me up real well for the shave itself.

Mayhem 2019 Barrister & Mann Seville~~Vie-Long Silvertip~~Wade & Butcher SR #78 First and foremost, B&M Seville received the coveted SWMBOSOA© Great way to start the day. Excellent lather, shiny and protective. The Vie-Long Beehive is one of my absolute favorite handles. Mos Def, my favorite Beehive. It looks hand-turned, rather than "computer" turned like the modern beehives. The W&B is all my edge and, while I'm still a honing , this edge gave this face a great shave. A recent post from @gssixgun convinced me that I don't need a JNAT, or Coticule, or A Naniwa 30k, etc. My Norton 4/8K will keep my edges happy and by proxy, my face. (I do have a Naniwa 12K, which was an impulse purchase). Success around the chin this morning, even whilst conversing with my wife. Yes, Primo can multitask. 2+ passes and a DFS was easily achieved. My BAD kicked in yesterday as I acquired a Simpson Grey Box Era Emperor 3 Two Band. While the knot is smaller than yesterday's 28mm Paladin Chief, if it at all approximates the "feel", the Chief's hitting the BST. Stay Tuned...
