    Only through the recovery stage, still got the men's flu it's not quite over yet.

    I'm glad I needed a shave very badly.

    Superbly close and comfortable shave with Diamond. The lather is super thick and rich. The brush is made from a Louisville Slugger bat blank. The aftershave feels great, and the first scent I get is caramel popcorn. My sinuses really restrict what I can detect, but I like it. The glove is a Marty Marion model my Dad used in the 1940s.

    My prep was just a cold water rinse. The Tabac Shave Soap face lathered well with The Brush B-3 by Tom. I did two passes with the Starling SE razor with a Gem Blue Star CS SE blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Tabac AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

    Brush: oscar11/TGN High Mountain White-22mmx48mm
    Aftershave: YSL M7 Oud Absolu EdT

    WTG-XTG-ATG (adjusted angles for my beard)

    WSP Mahogany today. 20 seconds to load the oscar11/TGN High Mountain White brush. Easy, thick, slick, lather. Gillette “Spoiler” SS still in the Gillette Fat Boy. Excellent smooth, close, shave. I finished with YSL M7 Oud Absolu EdT.

    A lovely shave with the Monsavon. Unfortunately my mindset is that this is a 'Holiday Soap'....so it isn't used as often as it should be.
