Maybe there is more than one version? I had three tucks a few years ago that were definitely made in China. They came with a razor that I bought on ebay, shipped from India. I cringed when I saw "China" on the tucks. But I seem to remember liking the blades. Maybe they just exceeded my low expectations? It's been a while. The razor, on the other hand, was absolute garbage.

The Primes aren't bad. Those are the stp-301. I started using them when they first came out, so they didn't have that designation at the time, iirc.
