Friday's Shave Cold Water Rinse Proraso Sandalwood Bunny B-400 by Tom Gillette Double Ring Gillette Silver Blue CWR Pinaud Lilac Vegetal My prep was just a cold water rinse. The Proraso Sandalwood Shave Cream face lathered well with the Bunny B-400 by Tom. I did two passes with my 114 year old Gillette Double Ring razor with a Gillette Silver Blue blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Pinaud Lilac Vegetal AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Easy, thick, slick, lather. Gillette “Spoiler” SS still in the Gillette Fat Boy. Excellent smooth, close, shave. I finished with Bentley Intense EdT. Bob
Friday 17th May Cold Water Shave Heno de Pravia Glycerine Soap Proraso Green Pre Shave Proraso Green Shaving Cream Yaqi Synthetic Brush Turkish Copper Bowl ZY Shavette with an Antelope Super 77 Blade Nivea 2 Phase AS A later shave as I am on night shift, and it gave me a chance to use my new arrival from Aliexpress. The Super77 blades are longer and narrower than a standard DE and when 1 edge is past its best the blade can be reversed to use the fresh one. Certainly not as sharp as a feather....but definitely fit for purpose with no nasty sharp corners to ruin the day! 3 passes for a lovely smooth finish

Friday SOTD Considering some neck irritation last shave, I went gentle today with TOBS sensitive cream and the Razorock GC 68 on the Weber Bulldog Handle. 2+ passes for a comfortable irritation free shave. Lather: Proraso Red AS: Mennen Afta & Skin Bracer Very satisfying shave, 2 passes 1st with Gillette SE Guard, smooth and easy, meds quit, so 2nd pass was with the Braun electric, with a thinner lather, I came away with a very good shave, I would say better than DFS.
