(way off-topic) If you find yourself in downtown Denver, stop immediately when you see this truck. Then say "Un pupusa de calabasa y tacos de carne asada, por favor." You won't be disappointed.
Glad it went well, Joseph. My wife had a little procedure today as well, so I am home helping her. Nursing is not exactly the right term, as I may indeed cause more work for her than I take care of.
Got a few boxes in today. My Starling V2 made it in and I'll probably have to give it a test run in the morning. The second box was from Greydog @SWR913. He was more than generous and sent me seven handles when we had agreed on two. I will keep two, give my son one and another to a close friend I got into wet shaving about four years ago. That means I will have find loving homes for three. Don't start raising your hands yet, I got to figure this thing out. I wish I had enough to give everbody one. Graydog's work is amazing and I can only hope that my turnings can come close to his one day. The first one is maple that he had and the rest are made from the Cherry I sent him.
Thank you, Jim. She is fine, just a little groggy after the anesthesia. She and my youngest are cuddling in the bed.
Charlie, I hope to go one day, but I don't see it in the forseeable future. I have friends who have gone to Israel and have said that it was awesome. The Scriptures come alive when you visit some of the places mentioned in the Bible.
Jason, the Coconut Lime scent is clean and refreshing. I have the soap and aftershave. Both have nice scents. As always, Stirling soaps have great slickness. I would buy the soap and aftershave, again!
Thanks, Andrew! The 12 minutes includes swirling the brush on the puck and facelathering! Obviously, I was in a hurry and that isn't a good thing to be when shavette shaving, but I got through it unscathed. I just rushed the lathering by making it with less soap and wetter than normal, but surprisingly, it was still slick. I pushed the envelope this morning. Lol!
Thanks Jason. We have do many great artisans that unfortunately I feel like we are getting to the point of market saturation. Sent from my Galaxy using Tapatalk
Those were some beautiful handles Danny! Very generous for you to give some away! Sent from my Galaxy using Tapatalk
