I'm sure your technique is fine. If I may ask, is your easiest adjustable shave 'wide open' or in 'fully choked' position?
O.K. You know how it is when you get a new toy and you cannot wait to play with it. That was me a few minutes ago with the Starling V2. I've heard that some people love it, some just don't like the way it shaves and some have modified theirs to shave better. I am here to tell you that this little razor has found a forever home. That's correct, it was put up for adoption on Ebay. I paid the adoption fee and gave it a forever home in the Hembree den. This is one of the best SE shaves I have had even though I got one slight weeper on the adams apple. I would compare this shave to a MMOC shave even though I used the solid bar plate. I just need to dial it in a little more. I tried to use my Omega boar tonight after a hot soaking but I just could not get it right. I pulled out the RazoRock 400 and whipped up some awesome lather. Alum was a little warm but not on fire. The machining on the Starling is top notch and it is just a fun little razor. Y'all have a great weekend.
Actually it was a restful trip. I spent the day today getting caught up on neglected yard work. Sent from my SM-T800 using Tapatalk
