Thanks Jim, my son and I just got in from visiting him. We were planning on seeing him this afternoon anyway. He will know more this Friday and is in good spirits. He told me that it sounds unusual but he is really not worried about it and it is the Lord's hands.

 

Congrats on losing 5 bowling balls. I am sure you can't wait to move in your new home.

No shave again tonight. Sunburn is nice and hot, muscles nice and sore, I'm just gonna find time tomorrow to take care of it. Besides, a five day growth pretty much demands a pain stick and I need to be a little more awake for that. Have a great night!!

Monday back to work shave:

I returned late last night and I am pretty tired, but I really wanted a SR shave. The edge was fantastic and everything seemed perfect but not as cloase a shave as usual. I think I was extra careful given how groggy I was this morning.

If you have seen the movie Lost In Translation you will remember the bar scene. I was able to secure a reservation for our group and about 18 made it for the bar while the rest went to bed or did a night tour. I am in the back by the window. I also included some of the damage we did. Two of my staff brought their mothers and it was fun to watch them drink together.





Sunday we went to Asakusa where there was a big festival. No idea what it was for but it was like a parade and I included some pics for you. It was a lot of fun despite it being very crowded.




I did not buy any razors but I did buy some sharp things, carbon steel of course.
