    Eufros Tobacco~~Morris & Forndran 2XL Blonde Badger~~Boker
    SR #86
Another go with the re-formulated Eufros shave soap. I had a tin of the Tobacco in the old formula

and the scent was simply not on par with the exquisite ASB. Could not figure out why not?
However, when I cracked open this container...night and day. The exact scent and
    strength of the balm.
This tobacco is like nothing else I have owned, which includes ASW Old Virginia, Tabac, Havana, HTGAM Cavendish,

even my homemade, tobacco infused MWF. No ashtray smell like I experienced with Tobacco Lounge, from the now-defunct...
cannot even remember the name of the company, so unimpressed was I with the product.
It's as if you took freshly dried Virginia tobacco leaves and cured them with vanilla and honey. Maybe.
SWMBO thinks it's on the sweet side and I can't say she's incorrect.

One thing, for certain, there isn't another comparable product of which I am aware.
Glycerin seems to be the biggest change in Manuel's formula. There is now an ability to create a
rather loose, but consistent lather, which seems to be slicker and shinier than before.
Certainly, all these thoughts of mine are subjective. As are all "reviews", I might add.
The M&F Blonde Badger has a 28mm knot, with a great combination of softness and backbone.
    Zero scritch.
I wish that the "Chubby"-style handle were slightly larger.
The Boker, with its "fish-like" scales performed well. The pins are loose, but I have decided to
not attempt to "tighten" them, such a disaster was my last attempt.
BBS is a term that I used quite often, and still do when I shave with a DE, but with the SR...
DFS is my objective and I have a pretty high batting average with that as my goal.

My doctor forbade me from mowing the lawn for three weeks and it is REALLY long.
I hired the guy who treats the lawn to mow it, but I am not sure when he's coming out.
Post-operative pain has subsided and Dr. Mrs. Primo insisted that I take an Aleve to combat
    swelling. I obeyed.
Lot's of GOT talk after last night's finale. It was everything I expected and less. :(

    I'll put it another way:
The last time a terrific series concluded so poorly was Lost. :(
Back to the books...come on GRRM! Publish already. :eatdrink013:

The only way to follow up on @Primotenore 's shave report is to announce, as I did in an earlier post, that I am back to being clean-shaven. Decided to lose the beard growth this morning. I suddenly realized I wasn't enjoying my shaves as much with the facial hair, because of having to "work around it". I kinda prefer ENJOYING my shaving. So, off it went.

In my research of possible new locations, I've been impressed with Pullman and Pomeroy. Goin' anywhere near those communities?

Great looking shave Robert. I looking forward to your report on the Enders. Are you using vintage blades or Schick Proline?

Charlie bowls on the radio: "And now here he comes, Charlie strides up to the line.....sets his position, brings that baby over and behind his head, FIRES......(sound effect-mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmCRACK)..."OOOOH, and he JUST misses the strike as the thing suddenly flies into the gutter". But that doesn't bother him-the man has come closer to his weight goal."

Early morning shave with a late morning post. I didn’t sleep well last night so I needed a drama free shave. Luckily I’m getting the new Tatara razor dialed in. I started with an ATG pass followed by a XTG pass. After touring up my jawline and buffing my lower right neck I caught the baby with ease. I hope everyone has a great Monday.

I feel for you Joseph. I had a ruptured colon in 2002 with 33” of colon removed. Afterwards I had a hernia along the incision that required 5 repair surgeries before they managed to correct the problem.
