My second Stirling shipment arrived. Got a sample of Gentlemen aftershave and I like it. The tobacco may be a little on the strong side, but it’s still a VERY pleasing scent. Stirling scents are flat out awesome. I think some improvements could be made as far as the “face feel” on the AS. Other vendor products do a better job for me in this regard, but for the money, Stirling is absolutely on point and a true value. I will say that the Stirling witch hazel with aloe is totally awesome. This might be the answer to face feel, provided the scent lasts long enough. Honestly, I’m a little confused as to when/how to use the scented witch hazel versus the after shave alternative. *Note: Bergomat Lavendar WH is absolutely delightful. I often splash a little on at night before bed, mellowing a bit with pure witch hazel so as not to overwhelm my wife, who doesn’t want to smell anything as she’s going to sleep. Margaritas in the Artic shave balm is also very nice. I didn’t go glacial, but I will in the future, as the normal menthol (for this product) is lighter than I expected. I think this will combine easily with any citrus or floral heavy aftershave or cologne, but I think the scent fades quick enough to use anything really.

I have a new top scent. Deep blue sea! But sterling is adding new stuff all the time so this can change. Gentilman is still my favorite cool weather scent.
oh,very cool, i have a full bottle of that ysl l'homme edt..been a staple here for years.emptied many.. on the list..thank you Paul..
Stirling Sandpiper is my everyday shave soap and splash, just because it reminds me of YSL fragrances that I used many years ago. It's crisp and clean smelling.
It's a great one, all right!! I'm hoping to be able to make it a "year-rounder". With it being a cologne dupe(as you imply), it should be. Like you, I have the soap and A.S.
I'm enjoying the Barbershop, which is the first soap I've used. Looking forward to trying other scents from them.
Stirling citrus scents are very good, grapefruit and coconut lime are two faves. Piacenza is a good copy of AdP Colonia, and Stirling Green is a good copy of Polo Green, also faves.
