Henri et Victoria Cognac & Cuban Cigars today. 20 seconds to load the Henri et Victoria High Mountain White brush. Easy, thick, slick, lather. Gillette “Spoiler” SS still in the Gillette Fat Boy. Excellent smooth, close, shave. I finished with Burberry Brit EdT.

    Williams Wednesday's Shave

    Cold Water Rinse
    Williams Mug Shave Soap
    Jayaruh #356 Synthetic
    AutoStrop B1
    Valet blade
    CWR
    Aqua Velva Musk

This is my first shave with a genuine AutoStrop blade. I am doing this challenge to see how many good shaves I can get from one blade by stropping them. My prep was just a cold water rinse. The Williams Mug Shave Soap face lathered well with the Jayaruh #356 Synthetic brush. I did two passes with the AutoStrop B1 razor with a Valet blade and unfortunately did not get a close shave. I ended up cleaning up with my ER 192 Bathroom Set to get that close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Aqua Velva Musk AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

I am in post production with the video. I will see if maybe another Valet blade will do any better, and then maybe go to a Gem CS blade if the Valet does not work out.

    L’Oreal Men Expert Facial Wash
    Razorock Plissoft 26mm Monster
    Super Speed/Astra Green day 4
    Gilly’s Lush Life SS
    Prep ASB
    Mennen Skin Bracer AS Splash

I really missed my Super Speed and it felt so good to use it this morning. To me it’s definitely the best razor I ever had because it’s very forgiving but it gives me such perfect shaves. The Lush Life is a lovely soap - the scent is beautiful, the lather explodes off the brush, and it delivers a nice menthol sensation. The Prep and the Skin Bracer kept that chill going for a good while. BBS as BBS could possibly be!

An excellent second shave this morning with the Copper Ascension. No need to explain or breakdown the shave experience. It just works, beautifully. Have a great day and shaves Gents....

I always thought suribachis are the best bowls to lather with, bur many told me they may ruin bristles.
My small suribachi is not made for lathering and is quite 'sharp'.
Yours, instead seems quite smoother: am I right?
