    Another ‘basics’ day. Still going with the postwar Tech. Love the Palmolive menthol and had a very nice lather. Maybe not quite as rich as the Shave Stick, but a great menthol hit and scent. Finished with the Blue balm. Nice product, meh scent.

    Voskhod (4)
    Yaqi Moka Express (26mm, Frigate Class)
    Stirling Glacial Black Cherry soap
    Stirling Glacial Lemon Chill PSB
    Stirling Glacial Satsuma AS

    Wonderful face freezing shave this morning. The 26mm Yaqi knot feels very much like the 24mm that I reviewed on Monday, except it covers a little more of your face when lathering. The Pearl closed comb is a little more efficient then a Merkur or DE89 and had no problem wiping away my whiskers. Three passes, no drama, IBBS. I continued the face freeze by applying some Stirling Glacial Lemon Chill PSB followed by Stirling Glacial Satsuma AS. Have a great day my friends!
