Schick M2 adjustable injector with blade lock. I paid a bit more than I would have liked for an injector on this one but if I had bought 8 injectors for the price of this one well maybe I didn't once divy up the $ per setting.

An ultrasonic bath might be the best, but I suspect that a good long soak in warm water and dish soap followed by a scrub with a toothbrush will get a lot of it off. Is that one of the cases with the elevator or just a hinged bottom?
