Very early flight to Cambodia in the morning, so a night shave with the newly arrived Schick D with a Proline blade . I knew I was going to like this thing and I do. Shave quality near perfect -- smoother thsn my Es, Injecto-Matic, and the Enders, without any discerned hit in efficiency. The only issue is the grip is a bit awkward, when I'm flying blind on the head shave it's hard to tell by feel which way the razor is oriented. Will take some practice. It's the CK base, and it's in the big tins with throwback AS bottles. The tins and bottle were limited, but the product (Oubliette) is a regular offering in the plastic tubs and new glass bottles.

Tabac Tuesday's Shave Cold Water Rinse Tabac Shave Soap Jayaruh #273 Synthetic AutoStrop A1 Valet AutoStrop CWR Tabac My prep was just a cold water rinse. The Tabac Shave Soap face lathered well with the Jayaruh #273 Synthetic brush. I did two passes with the AutoStrop A1 razor with a Valet AutoStrop blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Tabac AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...
