Gem HFT (G Bar) with a Gem SS PTFE Blade (#2)
    Witch Hazel
    Heno de Pravia Moisturiser

It was the E Bar yesterday....so today it had to be the G Bar. It may be just my imagination but the G Bar seemed slightly milder/smoother. Perhaps that was because the blade had been broken in?.......anyway....the result was the same.
The Blue's Soap is good but prices have increased since my initial purchase so I don't think I will reorder. It costs as much if not more as a MWF refill so it is a no brainer

3 passes for a perfect result
  2. Do you normally hang out in bars instead of working?

With a slightly longer handle the 1924 becomes more agile and remains the Nemesis of the stubble.
    Happy Shaving one and all.

A.S.-Stephan Bay Rum "Fragrant Skin Toner"
  8. Quick follow-up for Plunder. Once lathered up the smokiness blends with the grog, vetiver, citrus notes and reminded me of charred oak barrels used to age Rum and Whiskey. A friend of mine back in St. Louis use to buy charred barrels used over in Tennessee and Kentucky to age whiskey and bourbon and I use to enjoy walking into his wood shop and take in the aroma. Typical NO slickness and post shave feel, quite easy to lather and paired with the unique aroma I quite like this Bay Rum one off. Keeper for me. As mentioned many times before, I have a lifelong sinus issues so my sense of smell will be different from most of you out there.
  9. Thanks for the update!
