She's great, naturally falls into the shaving angle, I've never known anything like it.

Beard irritation this evening so finally took the SE plunge.

    British New Improved Ever-Ready "1912" (I think)
Ted Pella GEM Personna blades (ebay)
    Vintage Canadian Fuller w/TGN 2-band
    Felce Aromatica
    Nivia Sensitive Balm

Verdict. May be one of my closest shaves. A delicate but efficient razor. Takes a very light touch. Two passes with no nicks or weepers. I may end up with razor burn tomorrow because I do feel a decent bit of stinging, but my face was already feeling irritated and I can't say this is beyond the ordinary for what happens with a DE at times. I am sure to find out if my shave was too close by tomorrow.

Great experience. Not sure why I was ever hesitant.[IMG]

    RazoRock Syn. 22mm
    Lea Classic soap
    ATT SE1 / Windrose handle
    Schick Proline [ 6 ]
    Lea Classic A/S Lotion

This has to be my favourite AC/ SE Razor because it is smooth and comfortable, and with ease removes growth from all areas, even those that are troublesome with other razors. Definitely a Razor for an occasion when an assured quality Shave is required.

Second shave with the H1 and I thought I'd see how she performs on a soap not quite as slick as MWF?
Like a dream machine is the answer and even the stubborn little patch under the jawline was rendered DFS.
I'm left with just one question, why has this design never been copied?

Clog Pruf peerless, Gem stainless ptfe, shave 1.

If first impressions are anything to go by this combo just flat out performed the (S)chick blade also on a fresh edge in this razor. Shave was much smoother also with the Gem blade vs the (S)chick blade. The only things left to determine once I go back to this razor is if after both blades are broken in are the results or difference between the results similar or does changing the cutting angle on the (S)chick improve the way the injector blades work with these razors.

This razor and blade combo also outperforms my I2 except when I was using too much pressure. So far this razor is still the best one I have in my stable of SE razors.

Once you get the SE bug for most it's hard to go back.
If I didn't have a YouTube channel, I'd only use SE razors. Matter of fact, when I need a bbs shave for a major meeting, either a Featherweight or clog proof are my go to options.

    Ever-Ready Lather Catcher
    Pal CS SE

    Florida Water

My prep was just a cold water rinse. The Vintage Life Licorice Shave Soap face lathered well with the Jayaruh #273 Synthetic brush. I did two passes with the Ever-Ready Lather Catcher razor with a Pal CS SE blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Florida Water. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Great Sunday shave, I was reading on a forum about speed of a shave under 10 minutes with gear clean up "newbie- reminds me of myself" .(challenge, my time 9 1/2 minutes)
I had to give it a whirl with my Schick E2 and it was done under 10 minutes with a some tiny weepers, I will not do that on a Sunday shave again hopefully. You can shave possibly faster with a injector and still get great results! CCS,DFS,BBS it feels like to the finger tips.
Razor: Schick Canadian 1937 pat E2 (Mfg 1935-45)
    Blade:Schick injector (3)
    Brush: Razorock Noir 400 Plissoft
    Soap: Razorock XXX
Pre shave : Wet the face + warm wet face cloth 40 seconds x 2 + Aloe Vera gel
Post shave: Alum + cold water rinse
Post shave: Razorock XXX +witch hazel + Nivea balm
    Sunday shave june 16th-2019 (2).jpg
The Schick injector is a nice razor and gives a nice shave & easy to master, good that I have spares just in case Son wants to try out them....
    Have some great shaves!
