    Good morning, fellas!
I just finished my morning shave!
This is Dovo shavette shave #76.
After randomly picking all my 18 razors, I decided to finish the rest of the month with my shavette. The Voskhod blade was still sharp and performed perfectly to attack my 48 hour stubble. Hit the Proraso Green with my Omega 49 boar to give me a nice, cooling lather. Two passes and 1/2 pass touch up, gave me an awesome BBS shave. Frankly, I was fine with a one pass DFS +, but I like my BBS finales. I did get a weeper under my chin, but it stopped before I had to fix it. This was a nice, wonderful shave with an old friend. Finished with the Proraso Green AS.
    Result: Grade 97 = A+
Enjoy your day, guys! 20190626_225046.jpg 20190626_225046.jpg

  11. O.K. With all of the Boston talk I had me bring this one out. Great cover!
  12. Great razor  Your image colors and layout, always extremely nice! And...Noble Otter....hmmm....don't have any Noble Otter. Off to search....

Great shave, image and gear (as always!). I'm a sucker for cool colors/designs/materials on brush handles. That one is superb!

Streaming isn't as cool, but it's definitely convenient. It's like 400 cable channels you'll never use (but can if you want to). Finding new music? Incredible access to millions of albums. An album you don't have....it's probably there! I've made 30+ playlists in Spotify of music spanning decades, genres, some of just one band/artist's work, and more. Downloaded them all so that when I travel I don't need a cell connection. Some of the playlists are 16 hours or more. Hard to replicate this with CDs.

However.....I worked 2.5 years in college at a music store, and have accumulated over 400 CDs now.....I still hate ripping them. At Wally World the other day....there was a $5 bin of hundreds of CD classics. Picked up ELO, a Van Halen I was missing, Bob Seger, Foreigner. The Ford OEM radio/cd system in the Beast (99 F250 w/320k miles) is finally is about to be replaced. AM/FM/CD, and that's all it does. Decided I really don't want a new truck, I just want 2019 technology in the old truck. So.....it's time for a 'current technology phone/stereo integration and speaker' treatment. NO CD player in the head unit I want. But.....it'll play from Spotify, integrate with all things CarPlay (from Apple), and still play my CDs ripped for Flacbox (a music app to play lossless ripped CDs). Spotify's highest music resolution is supposedly ~320k b/s, but original CDs ripped can be much higher (more detail). Yeah....I'm also a music/tech geek. :happy102::rofl:
