Delivering the Basics for June
My "Spirit of St Louis Deluxe Limited Edition Flat Top Brush" arrived safely yesterday. While making delivery, Boris and Natasha were cordial but certainly reeked of frozen custard. I snitched them out with the Czar, but I sense discipline may be a little lax at some levels. Not a basic brush, but basically some fine work by one

I've commented in the past how well this $20 shavette performs. I was wrong, the camouflage model was only like $13. Aside from the one area under the sides of my jaw that I just don't have the dexterity to make the ATG stroke, I have never shaved with a better tool. I often wonder, if early in this shave journey thing I'd have committed to learning this I would have still bought so much other stuff. Or, maybe the knowledge and experiences gained with other stuff helped me progress along.
I do really love the simplicity of this shave. Close, clean and irritation free.
