    Mixing work and holiday....a little bit of that here this afternoon (as I finish up things for vacay tomorrow). Hope the issue was settled quickly! Great shave, nice razor, Stirling and Sandalwood....nice!

    The MOJO'd smooth talking ruler has entered the room. :cool: Great gear and shave!

    Great image and lovely patriotic colors. Beautiful razor too! I thought about barbershop scent because of today....but mine's not nearly as pretty. I might have to rethink a fall purchase or two for color coordinated fun holiday themes. Hope it is a great day with Mom!

    Eleven and a half hour cook. The wife, Lisa, asked me how long it would take to cook. I guessed twelve hours, so I was close. Chopped slaw with a North Carolina cider vinegar sauce for the finish. Now just waiting on the kids so we can eat.

    For perspective, the cutting board it's on is too big to fit in the dishwasher. [​IMG][​IMG]

    Did a couple when the temps were around 20F and the wind was whipping.

    I figured I could 'git ER done' in about 18. Nope.... 22.

    Nice shave Paul. I love soaps and creams that start lathering quickly. This newbie is sometimes impatient. Burma Shave Soap...hmm.. Have a great rest of the day!

    Wow, 22 hours is a long cook! I was fortunate, calm weather in the 60's last night. I put the roast on at 1AM and was able to maintain 275°.

    It was a Raffle prize, but I wasn't supposed to get the soap-he threw it in, like Doc Ezlovan adds a special surprise to his orders. I'd like to know where to buy more of that soap. Actually to be more clear, the prize was the mug....now I have two Burma Shave mugs.

    Wow, very creative!! Y'know, we may look alike above the neck, but we're different on the Sunday School thing...my sister and I went (I guess it was K-4), but I had real trouble following it all.
