Agreed. I used to have an 18 hp Cub Cadet. I always said that little mower could pull our house off the foundation. But who needs a tractor when you have Tug-Tooth?
I really like the uniform color and pre-broken in nature of the knots. Look forward to hearing your thoughts.
Haven't had the pleasure of trying a Zenith. I do hope Omega isn't letting their quality slip. I like that scritchy break in period. My one Semogue was already broken in when I received it (Thanks Randy @BaylorGator!) and soft as could be - the way others describe that brand fresh from the factory. Huzza! Looking forward to your impressions Jason. Good job Clint!
I was thinking angle. I didn't have trouble last week with the Karve. Then again, the Karve isn't aluminum.
Just July 2019 July 8 Razor - Wunderbar Blade - (3) Soap - Stirling Black Ice Brush - The Canuck Post - Alum Busy day but highly profitable. Bad news on one business front, good news on the other side of that.....ok, so it's Monday. Menthol Monday. Stirling Black Ice for the menthol black licorice blast! Love it. I used the Canuck brush with the AP Shaveco SynBad flat top. Speaking of AP Shaveco - the following arrived today: That's tie I*V 10 Mesquite brush and snurdle-dipper, courtesy of @Joewa from the most recent raffle. What a gorgeous brush and accessory and he even threw in some creams. Thanks so much! The knot in the brush is the half boar/badger from AP Shaveco and I am looking forward to trying it out. He gave the choice of either that one or a SynBad, and since I have two SynBads already, I went for the mixed natural. Should be a great brush!! I'll break it in and try it out when I"m back from camping. As for the shave tonight, the Wunderbar and Sharp Star again made quick work of things. Near-BBS on two passes. I'll take it. No complaints at all about any of this one.
Tuesday Shave: Just touched up this shiny Ed Brice so I had a nice edge to work with. Found a tub of MdC original scent in storage area and decided to pull it out give it a go. I think it has been more than a year since I used MdC. I always liked it but found it was just short of the to soaps. Today I used cold water and what a difference it made a very nice slick lather. A very enjoyable shave. She should be a skookum choocher.. do let m know if the Abbate Y La Mantia Vulcano causes your face to burn or not.. It could be the way of the soap ( spicy chili pepper scented and all) or it could be yet something else I am somewhat allergic to.
I went the other way- had a ‘04 Dodge 1/2 ton with a Hemi. Was good until it wasn’t. ‘14 F150 now. It’s been a good truck, too.
