Van Der Hagen Deluxe Shaving Soap
    Jayaruh #375 Synthetic
    Valet VB2
    Valet AutoStrop (25)
    CWR
    Dove Men+Care Post Shave Balm

My prep was just a cold water rinse. The Van Der Hagen Deluxe Shaving Soap face lathered well with the Jayaruh #375 Synthetic brush. I did two passes with the Valet VB2 razor with a Valet AutoStrop blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Dove Men+Care Post Shave Balm. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Thanks Joseph. She is recovering....but rather stiff and sore. Injuries aside........it is nice to have an extended weekend!

This shave was dedicated to my lovely wife!

    Razorock Plissoft 26mm Monster
    Super Speed/Wilkinson day 5
    Soap Smooth Frozen Cranberry SS
    Prep ASB
Reef Point Fougere Santal AS Splash

This soap and aftershave were gifts from my beautiful sweetheart a couple of years ago - she bought them from Italian Barber. The Frozen Cranberry soap smells exactly like it implies, like cranberry and sangria - what an awesome scent. It lathers like a maniac, and I would say the menthol effect is around 8/10 so it’s pretty strong. Thanks to the Prep my face felt great and the Fougere Santal aftershave smells gorgeous, and it’s also quite mentholated. Three passes gave me an incredible BBS shave!

    Enjoy your weekend, folks!

Chrissie goes out riding most morning before she goes to her work. Yesterday whilst in canter the horse decided to buck and she was thrown forwards over the horse's head. A pretty hefty smack to the head and soft tissue damage to the lower back. Thankfully she was wearing a safety helmet.

This brush is breaking in nicely and becoming less greedy with each use.
The Cobra needs no comment other than, Classic.
    Happy Shaving one and all.
