They just may be rick. That was one of her few blonde moments. But we ended up with a great name for our basset. It may really confuse your ex with the water towers around here looking like giant flashlights. 99113496-18D4-404A-9066-26DE326AEA05.jpeg

  2. I've got an '82 Honda out in my garage. Haven't taken it for a ride since the last TWO times it left me stranded and needing rescue. Glad it fits in the back of a pickup truck. It's a 4 cylinder, water cooled and shaft drive. I'm afraid it needs an electrical revamp. Thirty seven year old wiring harnesses just can't be economically replaced.

  4. Your Mustangs oem battery was made by the same company that makes Interstate, and AC Delco batteries, Johnson Control's. I believe they also make the Walmart automotive batteries. Great batteries.

  10. My No Buy July was a fail. The enabling from Joseph @Primotenore and Jim @Norcalnewb was just too much. Well that and I'm weak, especially when it comes to something shiny.

I am happy to say I survived five days and four nights of heat, humidity, mosquitoes, attack squadrons of raccoons and a Denny's breakfast on the way back home today. All seems to be well. Well, nothing that Bactine and a hard scrubbing won't take care of. The only other misadventure involved my wife and one of our flashlight/stun guns. I had to retrain her on how to properly check it to make sure it was safe before hitting the "stun" button after a slight mishap. Well, not retrain her so much as pick her back up and make sure she still knew her name and all that. It's hard to be sympathetic and helpful when you're laughing your butt off, but I managed.

I shaved twice this past week. Once on Wednesday night at the campsite, and again tonight at home. Same setup for both. My Super Speed with a Voskhod, using a synthetic and D.R. Harris Marlborough shave stick. Great three pass shaves for a BBS both times. Easy, great travel kit, and I'd use it again anytime.

A bit of sunburn to treat and I'm ready to return to the real world. Vacation season is over. I have an early morning appointment to my "possessed" van looked at (and probably spend a fortune to fix) followed by my usual busy week. Hope you all had a great week and I'll catch up the best I can and take it from here!! Note to the Cartel security forces - any disciplinary reports you need written - do them yourself. These guys couldn't have been all that bad. Happy Monday!!
