    Decided to stay with the Supply Co. SE and just changed colors. I really like the scent of the A&E Frozen Mojitos soap which is surprising since I don't enjoy drinking mojitos. Oh well. Three passes and touch ups just missed the baby. A splash of Myrsol Limon and I am out the door. I hope everyone has a great Monday.

    I understand that you can hone up to 12 razors per film. It is no longer viable when the entire film gets dark.

    Nice shave this morning. The mug for my Stoylin Eskimo Tuxedo soap cake isn't wide enough, thus I ring the sides with each loading action. Makes for the need to do a second load run. But it all works out in the end.

    Menthol Monday. I'm not the biggest subscriber to the Menthol craze, but thought I'd give it a go today. Easy 2 pass CCS+ (right lower neck & jawline keeps today's shave from being a DFS, and didn't feel it for an extra XTG pass). The Proraso PS Green is a lot of menthol for me. First whiff and application kind of catches me off guard, much like the first 10 seconds of peppermint Altoids (bad analogy, I know). The Zenith boar did a great job whipping up some serious slick and cushioning lather with the Proraso Green SS (how could it not, it's Proraso!). Finished it off with the Proraso AS Green. Similar Proraso aroma, just a little menthol tingle (as compared to the PS). Great face feel, even an hour after the shave.

    The ABCo is a hefty Japanese made tool with a wide blade and just gets business done. Minimal audible feedback nor blade flex as it is roughly a 1/4 hollow grind. Really love this razor, nice balance (considering it's weight), easy to maneuver, perfect blade width for me (1/2-3/4" narrower than most 'normal' western grind straights).

    Very behind in the thread....between returning from vacation, 2 days catching up with work, then straight into a working weekend.....I'm ~950 posts behind. Will see if I'm successful catching up.....
