Nice shave Colin, a Rocket huh, gota look into that one. I also find that a bore brush doesn't paint as well as a badger does. But a bore dose do better when it's broke in well.

I like the Gillette Fatboy razor, a great choice for a great shave.

It's the English/Canadian version of a Superspeed, main difference is the handle is solid. There's a great thread about them on this very site (which was how I originally found this place)

Now that's a unique razor, to say the least Andrew. Bet it's fun to shave with.

Well, without going into great detail, after two weeks on the road (presumably one on vacation) I’m barely starting to decompress a bit. The tablet/phone free edict has been much easier for my kids than for me, and I’ve spent most of my time playing refereee between my 8 and 10 year old girls. Haven’t kept up with the thread, but from the last couple of pages it appears that Paul is still a chick magnet at The Pig, and Charlie is still mocking everyone incessantly (although he probably misses me as his favorite target). Here in Maine, the dent I’d planned to make in the Sudsy Soapery lavender and peppermint by shaving with it exclusively has been less than I’d imagined. I’m almost certain I will never finish any individual container of soap. Ever.

Great to see you pop in Mr Fancypants or (fancyshorts) . Been down the referee road myself with my oldest girls who are now adults . Some day that fun will pass and you will look back and laugh to yourself as you thank the good lord for surviving the teenage years unscathed . I have only girls (3) so I can relate to you .
